1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Wendsday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2 to 5 business days once handed over to the carrier.
Tracking: As soon as your order is packed and a shipping label is printed, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are unable to make changes or redirect packages once they have been handed over to the postal carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
