At Mended & Made New, we take pride in every handcrafted bar we create. Because our soaps are personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
However, your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your order:
Scent/Preference: Contact us within 14 days and we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
Damages: If your soap arrives damaged, please send a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
Unopened Items: Can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.
